SalaryREED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with a business based in a stunning office in Bath in their search for a Temporary Administrator / PA to the MD.
ASAP start
4 weeks
100% office based
£13.00 per hour
M-F, 9-5pm
The successful Administrator / PA will report to the head of the office and will work very closely with them.
Typical duties include:
- Working closely with the Head on projects
- Providing full administrative support to the office
- Managing the office inbox
- Processing of refunds
- Ensuring electronic and other record keeping systems are accurate and up to date
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience of administration and co-ordination at a high level
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain flexibility and control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
- A proactive, creative and energetic personality, flexible and enthusiastic
- Drive and determination
