Administrator / Pa, Bath Temporary

REED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with a business based in a stunning office in Bath in their search for a Temporary Administrator / PA to the MD.

ASAP start

4 weeks

100% office based

£13.00 per hour

M-F, 9-5pm

The successful Administrator / PA will report to the head of the office and will work very closely with them. 

Typical duties include:

• Working closely with the Head on projects
• Providing full administrative support to the office
• Managing the office inbox
• Processing of refunds
• Ensuring electronic and other record keeping systems are accurate and up to date

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience of administration and co-ordination at a high level
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain flexibility and control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
• A proactive, creative and energetic personality, flexible and enthusiastic
• Drive and determination
