Exciting opportunity to join our client as an Administrator in their sales team. The successful candidate will enjoy salary of GBP26,000 (pro rata).
On a typical day you will manually produce reports, track documents and work to deadlines. The position is predominantly working with a large volume of inbound documents, producing a variety of reports and assisting the team with administrative tasks where necessary. This is also working within an Industrial/Manufacturing business, where experience of admin in this industry would be ideal but not necessary.
20-25 hours per week:
Ideally Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 09:00 - 15:00
Flexible Tuesday or Thursday
Main duties include:
Managing and manually processing various reports to agreed deadlines.
Supporting the sales team with administrative duties where necessary.
Manually track and collate inbound documents.
The ideal candidate:
Has excellent IT skills, including word and excel.
Has experience in an administrative role.
Has strong communication skills to work within an established team.
This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
