SalaryWe are currently working with a few specialist engineering businesses based around the Maidstone area.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an Administrator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working closely with all operational departments, the Administrator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling of works and service-related activities for the engineering team, and acting as a support function to operations management and supervisors.
Key aspects of the role:
Attention to detail – you will be working across many different customers with their own remits, and managing a fleet of 80 engineers nationally
Speed and adaptability – this is a fast-paced role in a highly reactive environment
Ability to work across multiple systems (Internal CRM and up to 30 customer portals)
Excellent customer service
Scheduling experience preferred but not essential – very strong admin essential
Office-based role with overtime mandatory in the summer months- averages 1 weekday evening per week until 8 pm, and 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month – however on average this bumps up the salary figure annually by around £2k!
