Applications are invited for the following post: Administrator (Records and Modules) Hours of Work: Full-time (1.0fte) Contract type: Permanent Salary: The starting salary will be from £25,138 up to £29,605 per annum (pro rata) in Grade 5, depending on qualifications and experience Owing to the career advancement of the current postholder, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator (Records and Modules) to join the Records Team at an exciting time as we look to adapt our existing administration processes to support the academic growth of the University. The Records Team is an integral part of the wider Student Administration function responsible for all administrative functions relating to student records including timetabling, student registration, student loan administration and the co-ordination and management of graduation events. The dedicated and friendly team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all students, colleagues and external parties. The successful postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of functions relating to modules and student records. They will have responsibility for accurately maintaining student module registrations as well as leading on the student module registration process. They will work closely across the Student Administration team, contributing as necessary to all aspects of Student Administration activity. The successful candidate will have strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving and the ability to make decisions and prioritise work whilst working independently. They will also be able to demonstrate good IT skills along with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively. A positive and enthusiastic outlook is essential.
