We are seeking a Secretary/Administrator who is passionate about delivering professional and accurate secretarial support. This role is integral to assisting our busy professional services office in helping clients develop their rural-based businesses.
Our client is based in Bury St Edmunds and led by six Partners, offering a range of high-quality and efficient management services in there sector.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide high-quality administration and secretarial support using the Microsoft suite, including copy and audio typing, scanning, and minute taking.
- Prepare hard and soft copy documents accurately for client presentations and meetings.
- Deliver a 5-star experience as the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and staff.
- Manage and direct inbound and outbound business communication and correspondence.
- Maintain office operational duties to ensure an efficient, tidy office environment.
- Perform general ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Skilled in building relationships with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to function both as a strong team player and a focused individual.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite and comfortable with technology, including CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with conflicting priorities.
- A strong administrative background is advantageous.
