This company are a leading provider of remote access hardware and software that is used by clients to access data and control systems that are hundreds of miles away. They are at the cutting edge of technology and due to the specific nature of the product they have see considerable growth.

In this role, you'll manage the sim administration for their clients and be the focal point for a team of 7 engineers. Additionally, you'll assist with sales administration and operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and coordinating with engineers. You'll also manage the customer database, organize customer enquiries, and aid in administrative tasks like processing quotes and invoices.
