Administrator- Temporary- Lisburn

Job Title: Administrator- Temporary- Immediate Start

Location: Lisburn

Salary and Benefits: £13.00- £14.00 per hour

Hours of work: 8am-5pm Mon to Fri- Office Based.

Employment Type- Temporary on-going- Immediate Start

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit a Temporary Administrator.

The role is Temporary but does have the possibility of being made Permanent

The Right role:

• ·Answering the phones

·Chasing suppliers for loading paperwork

·Tracking & updating ETAs

·Resizing photos & uploading to teams for HK shipments

·Amending annexes

·Running reports (daily loadings)

·Simple PO price amendments for finance

·Organising shared mailbox and allocating to the relevant team member

The Right Fit:

·At least 2 years’ experience in a busy Admin role.

·Proficient in all MS Packages.

·Be free for an immediate start
