This position is working within the Education sector where, you'll be providing support within the Examinations department.

Please find all the details below:

Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Department: Examinations

Location: Dover, Kent. Your own transport is required to travel to the Folkestone site once a week.

Salary: £23,801 FTE (£21,522 pro rata) to £25,547 FTE (£23,101 pro rata)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, flexibility is needed on exam days to start at 7:45am to set up before exams for example.

37 hours a week, Term Time plus 3 weeks to include INSET days and an additional two weeks, the 2nd and 3rd week in August (to include National examination results day).

As an Administration Coordinator your responsibilities would be to:

  • Help support an outstanding examination/assessment provision
  • Liaise with management re. pupil examination entries and to make accurate entries, ensuring that all deadlines are met, minimising late fees.
  • Disseminate examination information to staff, pupils and parents / carers.
  • Assist in the processing of invigilation timetables.
  • Liaise with examination boards to ensure the accurate administration of all examinations.
  • Help and support the Exams and MIS team on results day with the downloading and analysis of results.
  • Use Print Studio to process the ordering and processing of all mock examination papers.

You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:

  • Excellent Administrative experience.
  • Experience within Further Education would be a distinct advantage.
  • A genuine passion to support students.
