THE JOB:
Working full time, working 8 am - 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, doing varied duties including:
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Managing filing systems
- Entering suppliers' bills
- Helping organise and maintain common areas
- Performing general office duties and errands.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Confident, pleasant telephone manner
- Good knowledge of general IT skills
- Able to prioritise, organise workload and use your initiative
- Good timekeeping is essential
- Own transport is essential as the office is not easily accessible via public transport
- A reasonable commute to Wetherby.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £24,000
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
