- Job Title: Administrator with DBS

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our clients school administration team.
The Basic Admin will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of administrative tasks within the school. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with data entry.
- Prepare and distribute school communications, newsletters, and other relevant materials.
- Support the administrative team in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and maintain fire safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the school management.
Requirements:
- Must have an active DBS
- First Aid Training is a bonus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft (Word, Outlook)
