Our client is a large, well known organisation based in Romford, close to all local amenities including trains, buses and a large shopping centre.
The Team urgently needs an excellent Administrator with extensive Minute Taking experience for regular meetings with SLT. This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 2 days per week in the office.
Skills and main responsibilities:
Minute taking in regular meetings
Previous high level Admin experience
Working to time critical deadlines in a fast paced
Multi-tasking and demonstrating a flexible approach to managing own workload prioritising tasks
Advanced IT knowledge including MS Word and MS Excel
Utilising different databases
Always provide high quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales.
Supporting various operational and business management teams
Diary management, including planning and facilitating meetings and events
Other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post
Work collaboratively and effectively as a member of the Central Admin Team
