Administrator

Proactive Personnel is recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Lab Administrator  to join the expanding team for a laboratory based near Salisbury. We provide a broad range of tests, predominantly to equine veterinary practices around the UK.

As a Lab Administrator you will be responsible for:

-Un-packing samples, booking samples onto the lab management system, speaking with clients and customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service and support and entering results in the system.

-Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office

– Assist with data entry and record keeping

Lab Administrator Requirements

It would be great if the candidate had some laboratory experience in order to support the team as a laboratory technician when required. Dependant on the experience and ambition of the candidate the role may be expanded to include helping with the growth and development of the lab and other areas of responsibility including invoicing, stock control and customer care.

£20,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience
