Salary; £12.00 per hour (Annual Salary £26,520.00 Per annum)
Hours; 42.5 Monday to Friday.
Location; Office based B60 4FD. Working out of our Bromsrgove offices, although some hybrid working may be possible.

About the role
Internally known as Data Administrator, your role will involve an elementary level of investigative work utilising various tools and internet-based packages. Working as part of a team of Data Administrators with a managerial team for support, you’ll be using supplied and acquired information in line with current legislation and industry guidelines to assess & analyse the data, keeping our in-house database accurate and up-to-date, with the aim of locating our absconded customers.
Main responsibilities will include
- Data Entry - Checking databases and updating accounts
- Analysis of system data looking for anomalies & trends
- Ensure all the data is sound and we are proactive in resolving & identifying issues which may have an impact to the business
- File matching & verifying criteria
- Running scripts to extract data from in-house databases including de-duplication and data cleansing
- Working within company guidelines and those of the Credit Services Association
- Assistance of drafting of How To’s and other documentation with regards to processing (as and when required)
- Ensuring that internal turnaround times are adhered too
- Ensuring that the Data Manager is made aware of any issues or problems preventing them from processing or where additional training within the Department is felt required.

Our usual office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:30pm. Working hours will be based on working 5 days per week at 8.5 hours per day.
