We are looking for an experienced Administrator to undertake a temporary assignment for a leading institution at their site, based West of Cambridge City Centre. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Statutory Compliance Team.
This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible for approximately 3 months (with a possible extension). Applications will be considered for full-time working (36.5 hours per week) and there is the option of hybrid working (minimum 3 days a week in the office).
Principle Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for undertaking daily operations to include:
- Providing general administrative support
- Processing documentation onto compliance software platforms
- Processing remedial actions into SharePoint lists
- Other data and information administration if required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to follow process and procedure
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and use initiative
