Administrator/Support to MDs

PART TIME
Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm
Fully Office Based in Sidcup
£25-£27k Per Annum- 30 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity for those looking to work Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.

This high-profile property development company based in Sidcup have a newly created role for an administrator to support two MD’s.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for the MDs
• Monitoring phones and transferring accordingly
• Managing spreadsheets
• Handling the email inbox
• Liasing with clients
• Letter writing
• Maintaining databases and filing systems
• Administrative support

Skills required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised
• Fast and eager learner
• Good telephone manner

This welcoming team are situated in Sidcup in newly refurbished offices, close to all amenities and a stone’s throw from Sidcup station.
