Salary I am currently recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join my client in Glasgow, where you will work within a Charity Organisation, lasting 4–6 weeks initially with the possibility to be extended.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday (10am – 2.30pm). Office based, with flexibility to cover additional hours if needed (includes 8.30 starts, and working till 5 for cover if required). The salary will be between 11.44– 12per hour DOE.
You will be responsible for:
Reception cover and being confident dealing with the sensitive situations/calls that may ariseTaking inbound calls enquiring what support the service providesEmail inbox managementHave experience in a fast paced office this can range from dealing with enquiries, incoming and outgoing mail, greeting any visitors/staff on arrivalGeneral administrative duties where requiredIf you are available to start immediately, please apply now or contact me for more information on (url removed) to express your interest in this role.
