• Rate: Up to 17 per hour
• Site based in Stoke

We are currently searching for an Administrator/Site Secretary to join an award-winning national main contractor on a brand-new scheme in Stoke. This project is due to commence in June, but we are ideally looking to get someone lined up for it as soon as possible.

As Administrator/Site Secretary you will be responsible for the following:

• Be a key point of contact on site for internal and external customers and control site access
• Prepare, collate, update and provide all necessary documentation to support the project team.
• Ensure that company databases and systems are maintained and fully up to date.
• Update all relevant people's information after morning site inductions.
• Support site meetings and workshops by preparing rooms and refreshments.
• Ordering and maintaining levels of site stationery, PPE and consumables.
• Support with the coordination of any social value activities

The ideal candidate:

• A strong background in administration
• Experience of using 4projects but this is not essential.
• Have a can-do attitude and enjoy dealing with people.
• A high level of customer service
• Able to work collaboratively to achieve results.

This is a long-term role, and it is envisioned that you would be on site from the beginning and seeing it the whole way through to handover. This role will be based full-time on-site with the potential for flexibility as you progress into the role.
