About the Role

Join us in Warwick Foundation Studies and be a part of our Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team. As an Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in assessing applications to our Summer Schools, Pre-sessional English courses, and our International Foundation Programme.
Alongside assessing applications, you will also be providing support to prospective students and their supporters, using excellent customer service skills. Given the nature of the courses within the department and the varying application processes, your days will be varied, offering lots of opportunity for development.

This position would suit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual looking to take on a fast paced and varied role. You will need to be culturally aware, have a keen eye for detail and ability to quickly learn new processes, and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Warwick Foundation Studies is a student-focussed academic department with an in-house marketing, recruitment and admissions team.
You’ll join a team of dedicated professionals, who are experts in their fields and constantly looking to improve and provide the best service possible to prospective students and their supporters.
You will also be working closely with our Business Development and Academic Services team, with further opportunities for professional development in your collaborations with these colleagues.
