Admissions Executive Responsibilities
As the AdmissionsExecutive some of your duties will include:
Supporting with the management of a network of international agents.
Providing excellent customer service and support
Helping to chase for payments.
Ensuring invoices arrive on time.
Managing arrival and departure transfers.
Managing the group leader activities during the busy summer period
Helping to organise meetings with staff and students.
Organising trips and dinners, as required.
Admissions Executive Experience
To be successful in this position, you will combine customer service prowess, sales acumen, and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written English are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of the wider team, demonstrating your proficient IT skills. If you are a self-starter able to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Location
Based in Oxford (OX4) there is onsite parking available. The role will be mainly in-office with home working opportunities to be discussed and agreed on with the Sales and Marketing Director.
Working hours will be 40 hours per week. Some Occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
