- Leading a high performing IT team in a hands-on role, accountable for developing a vision and strategy, establishing direction, aligning people, motivating and inspiring others to achieve that vision and strategy;
- Driving strategic problem identification, definition, alternative/option definition, and taking decisive action to achieve program objectives in alignment with organization and firm strategy;
- Leading the tactical, financial, and strategic outcomes of the organization based on delivery and operational needs of the programme;
- Coaching and developing A&I domain specific teams, including staff selection, engagement, development, retention, and performance;
- Leading highly visible complex strategic program activities, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology, processes, and industry leading practices as related to business requirements and industry trends;
- Collaborating extensively with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and minimizing any risk to the firm;
- Providing strategic leadership to the program and other matrixed, functional leadership who are responsible for day-to-day execution of the program, while establishing application delivery efforts are focused on the user with continual focus on improving the experience of the application user; and,
- Maintaining effective relationships and channels of communication with member firms and IT leadership including collaborating with senior level staff/partners in other departments and lines of service throughout the firm.
- Demonstrating the ability to working collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities, concurrent projects and associated deliverables;
- Leading integration engineering teams to oversee programme delivery and workstream project planning and be a single point of escalation to senior stakeholders for updates, RAID management and possible roadblocks to execution;
- Outstanding communication skill with the ability to communicate at every level up to senior leadership;
- Driving senior stakeholder engagement (governance, issue management, escalation, design deviations, etc.) via regular updates to the global teams and territory leadership;
- Driving alignment of multiple track milestones and change/communication initiatives to deliver a seamless experience for the territory, whilst managing risks and dependencies with all global teams
- Working with functional and technical groups to identify improvements in current global processes, scope requirements, and impacts related to system and/or process changes;
- Creating internal partnerships with key stakeholders; and,
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.

- Implement the global strategy through delivery of the key technical solutions for all countries in PwC
- Accountable when leading global project integrations for security and technology services
- Act as the technical single point of contact for each of the PwC countries globally from project pre-deployment through to hand over into production
- Industrialize piloted solution(s); standardize, centralize, automate deployments
- Transition technologies and services from deployments to Operations
- Facilitate the ongoing improvement of products, services and processes through incremental improvements
- As part for the extended leadership team, help define the direction for the wider organisation and drive improvements with the teams
- Lead a team of technical engineers, managing all aspects of their delivery and development
- Governance/compliance of project financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation;
- Managing program communications and change activities with member territories as well as within PwC global technology;
- Managing program demand activities with member territories as well as within PwC global technology and external vendors;
- Managing organizational initiatives to continuously improve the program and better the collaboration between the program and the larger PwC global technology organization;
- Using strategic management and delivery methodologies to drive an agile delivery culture to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments; and,
- Utilizing business skills (i.e. financial, resource, vendor, issue management, etc.) to solve critical and strategic business technology issues.
