Children’s Social Worker Adoption x 2 posts

Hours: 1 x 37 hours and 1 x 18.5 per week

Salary: Grade 10 up to Grade 12, £33,024 up to £41,418, subject to experience and pro rata for 18.5 hour post

Become a Children’s Social Worker for Bury and help with our ‘Let’s Do it for Children’ vision.

We are looking for Adoption Social Workers to support our Bury children to achieve adoption.

Adoption

These posts are employed by Bury Council and seconded to Adoption Now the Regional Adoption Agency. You will hold the child’s case from point of placement order until adoption is achieved and also family find for them.. You will work closely with Adoption Now and also Bury Council as you will mainly support Bury children.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week, worked throughout the year.

Full time salaries are:

Level 1 Social Worker (ASYE) – from £33,024 to £35,745 per annum.

Level 2 Social Worker – from £36,648 to £38,223 per annum.

Level 3 Social Worker – from £39,186 to £41,418 per annum.
