SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Social Worker with North Somerset Council, working within the Central Safeguarding Adult services team to assess and coordinate service user needs.
This role is advertised at £33 p/h
Key roles include but are not limited to:
- Assessing and coordinating health and social care needs
- Financial assessments
- Developing, implementing and monitoring care plans
- Independently making s.42(1) decisions and coordinating s.42(2) responses
- Adopting a variety of approaches in order to ensure that the adult at risk remains central to the response
- Establishing appropriate relationships with service users and their families
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Social Work qualification
- Social Work England registration
- Post-qualification work experience is desirable
