Adult Social Care Lawyer

Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer – up to £55 per hour – Merseyside

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in Merseyside. This post will be for an initial period of 9 months, with a strong possibility of extension. 

The role will be performed on a remote basis, with essential once-a-week court attendance required. They are ideally seeking someone on a part-time 4 day per week basis. However, full-time candidates will be considered.  

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX with ASC experience. 

The successful adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to: 

• Court of Protection applications 
• Deprivation of Liberty 
• Ordinary Residence 
• Mental Capacity queries
