Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within an established North West based Local Authority as a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor. The client is looking for someone to start on a full-time, fully remote basis at the end of July, for a period of 3 months initially, with the potential for further extension.
Main Responsibilities:
- Representing the council and providing advice
- Dealing with Court of Protection and Care Act
- This role is suitable for a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister/CILEx
Hourly rate: £55-60 per hour, via Umbrella
Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential within a Local Authority setting.
