We are currently seeking experienced Adult Social Workers for temporary positions in the Cumbria regions - Barrow in Furness.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.
• Developing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other support networks.
• Providing compassionate and client-centered support, counseling, and advocacy.
• Empowering individuals to access resources, services, and opportunities to enhance their well-being and independence.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

We're seeking dedicated individuals who possess:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Social Work).
• Registration with Social Work England or eligibility for registration.
• Experience in Adult Social care settings, preferably within the UK.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting social justice.
