We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Sheffield. It’s a big responsibility that can be challenging at times, but this is what drives our staff to succeed, develop and achieve.
Key Requirements:
- Be an enthusiastic and dedicated person, with experience within Adult Social Care.
- Work with a range of customers, including people with physical disabilities, sensory requirements, carers, their families, and other professionals.
- Undertake outcome focused assessments, support planning and reviews. Duty work may be undertaken within the role.
- Focus on strengths and utilising an asset-based approach, enabling customers to identify outcomes, meet their full potential and maximise their independence.

- A Social Work Degree or CQSW, CSS, DIPSW
- Registration with Social Work England
