A Family run Adult residential home is looking for an experienced residential Support Worker to join their team. The Home cares for a maximum of 8 adults with Autism, Aspergers and other social learning disabilities. The home prides itself on its exciting and frequent excursions and fun activities that the home host. Your duties would include ensuring the residents are always safe and happy, partaking in the many activities the home offers and record and report resident's behaviour and mental health in preparation for resident's monthly reviews. Experience within these fields of care will be required. Day and night shifts are on offer. The ideal candidate will have a long-lasting history of Social Care and access to their own vehicle.
To be considered for this role YOU will need:
- To have 6 months experience as a Residential Support Worker
- To be registered with Social Care Wales
