The must haves for you to be considered for this role: Pharmacy Honors Degree (BPharm or MPharm) / Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma Non-medical Prescriber (Pharmacist Independent Prescriber) Substantial post registration experience in hospital and/or community pharmacy Experience of multidisciplinary team working and making clinically appropriate interventions Able to work autonomously, with the ability to work under pressure, with excellent organisational, communication and time management skills to prioritise work We welcome a conversation about flexibility and any other questions you may have.
