We are seeking dedicated professionals for the role of Acute Care at Home. Rate: Negotiable, PAYE and Umbrella payment options available
Your new role:
Deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes, following prescribed care plans.
Monitor patients\' vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Continuously update knowledge and skills to provide evidence-based care.
