The team are hard-working and passionate, with a leadership team that continuously listens and intends to be a pillar of support for the whole clinical and non-clinical team.
You will have 15-minute appointments, with regular catch-up slots and dedicated admin time allotted into your clinics. With very reasonable workloads, regular breaks for catchups and coffee with the team this practice does not shy away from offering a supportive and collaborative MDT.
Salary - £48,000 - £55,000 per annum + 5 weeks' leave + BH + NHS pension

The surgery -
- Well Doctored practice with loyal team of Salaried GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals and very established Partners
- Active advocates for the development of specialist interests
- Excellent admin team
- Very involved within the community and local PCN
- Excellent MDT support including social prescribers, Physician Associates and Clinical Pharmacists
Your role -
- ANP/ACP (30 hours available)
- Primary Care experience - REQUIREMEMT
- Mentor, supervise and support paramedics and junior staff
- Manage undifferentiated undiagnosed condition
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Utilise your prescribing qualification
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone appointments
- Oversee the acute, urgent on the day appointments
- Managing minor illness and injury
- Work as an autonomous clinician and as part of a team
