Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and systematic assessments, integrating clinical expertise with evidence-based practice.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on differential diagnoses and patient preferences, ensuring holistic care delivery.
- Provide expert clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
- Prescribe medications and coordinate ancillary services, such as laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging, to facilitate timely and effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, adhering to regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration.
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner certification (Master's degree or equivalent).
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in primary or acute care settings, with a strong foundation in clinical assessment and diagnosis.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively within a team-based care model.
- Current basic life support and advanced life support certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
