My Client is looking for an experience Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their busy, central practice in lovely Bath. This Advanced Nurse Practitioner position is open to applicants that can work well within a wide clinical team including; General practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and an experienced administrative team. A successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be able to hit the ground running and be an asset to the practice at its' growing patient base.
Duties will include:
- Clinical assessment and diagnosis
- Prescribing medications
- Chronic Disease management
- Minor illness and injury management
- Emergency care and triage
- Quality improvement and audit
