Are you self-motivated with an interest in Networks? Can you troubleshoot Network related issues and follow them through to a successful resolution? Then, here is the great opportunity to work as Advanced Onsite Technician for a high profile, well-loved brand within IT Service company, based in Wakefield. We are looking for a mobile network Engineer to work as part of our Enterprise team.

Your role:

• Our Engineers support LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi data networks across a host of vendor technologies including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Brocade, Citrix, and 3Com among others.
• The role will involve the Break-Fix, Installation, Moves, and Changes of customer Network systems; knowledge of Storage Solutions would be advantageous
• This involves daily travel across the Southeast with a vehicle provided as well as being part of a 24*7 Out of Hours pattern.
• An important part of the role is the daily interaction with end-users, support teams, project managers, and service managers, liaising with other parts of the organisation to ensure customer satisfaction and team targets are met.

Skills required:

• A knowledge of network LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi technology - accreditations preferable although training provided.
• Readily take ownership & responsibility
• Ability to work alone and an Enthusiastic team player
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work whilst under pressure
• Attention to detail when planning and progressing daily workload
• Full driving license
