Job description
Be responsible for the day to day operational management of a Physiotherapy Sector team. This includes triaging referrals, assessment and treatment of patients with respiratory conditions within the wider multi- professional team Work Closely with Trust Physiotherapy Lead and Service Lead in delivering services which meet Trust and regional access waiting targets, and in the development and review of services and professional standards Work autonomously to achieve person centred care, providing advice based on acquired knowledge and skills and use this to improve on patient / client care and to develop others. Undertake supervision, education and assessment of the performance of staff and physiotherapy students to graduate/ post graduate standard when required.Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including evenings and / or weekends if required..

A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in respiratory services with at least 2 years at senior level (band 6 level or above).
