Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker, with flexible shift patterns.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Support Worker to step up. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Advanced Support Workers, to work within a new service, supporting 2 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
 
As an Advanced Support Worker here, you will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player & be passionate about caring and supporting others.

Benefits
