The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, passionate, experienced, and highly motivated aesthetic professional with a proven track record of success in team leadership. The ideal candidate is team-oriented with outstanding sales and customer service skills. We are seeking an individual who specifically has a distinguished knowledge of the skin. Priority will therefore be given to applicants with experience in a dermatology role.

The main focus of your role will be to lead the team, see patients for certain procedures, and treatment education, and provide exceptional customer service.

With a solid technical background as a qualified and experienced Aesthetician, you must be able to perform all services we offer (training provided). This will not only enable you to deliver treatments but also give you the underpinning knowledge for the role of leader.

Experience and Skills

You must have/be able to:

• Proficient leadership abilities
• Great customer service skills, communication, and persuasive interpersonal skills. This includes strong people skills, the ability to listen to others without interruption, and the ability to overcome challenges while remaining professional and calm at all times.
• Consultative sales and negotiation skills; a great “Closer” with a strong ability to sell treatments and packages.
• The Full Level 3 Beauty Therapy General and Level 4 Qualifications OR the (UK) NMC pin.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the dermatology/aesthetic industry with a strong knowledge of skin anatomy, complexities, and relevant solution options.
• Experienced in and able to carry out client consultations with prospective clients, to determine individual needs, and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments.
• A passion for client care and to share PLC’s enthusiasm and dedication to the continued development of innovative treatments.
• Able to develop ingenious ideas and concepts for client attraction and interaction, with an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to report to your manager and follow through on their instructions
• An assertive, pro-active self-starter who uses her own initiative and is performance-driven
• A trustworthy track record, reliable, and to be punctual at all times
• Have an enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification: NMC Registration PIN required
