Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 42.5 hour working week
The role…
As the After Sales Supervisor your role will involve the following important duties:
- Supervise Field Service Engineer's time and workloads.
- Monitor the Engineer's time.
- Help with the opening and closing of jobs, checking of timesheets and inspection reports.
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate product modification programmes.
- Liaise with the Sales department and customers regarding new machine deliveries and requirements.
- Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers.
The experience required…
As a successful After Sales Supervisor, you will have the following:
- Full clean driving licence.
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- Experience liaising with and managing Engineer's.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills.
