Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated After School Club Supervisors to support settings the Bridgend area. As an After School Club Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children After School hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and supporting their development through creative and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during After School Club hours.
• Plan and deliver a range of fun and educational activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Promote positive behavior and social interaction among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a similar role (e.g., After School Club, childcare, education).
• Level 3 Playworker / CCLD or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
