Aftercare Administrator required on a permanent basis for a family run MEP sub contractor based around the Sittingbourne, Kent area.
Our client works on various prestigious projects throughout London, there is now a position available out of their HO in Kent for an Aftercare administrator to join their administrative team.
Duties / Responsibilities;
- Liaising with customers to resolve any issues
- Communicating with client to relay feedback
- Diary management of engineers and call outs
- Filling out relevant reports
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous MEP / construction experience desirable
- Strong communications skills
- Confident with the use of MS package and computer literate
