Aftercare Administrator

Aftercare Administrator required on a permanent basis for a family run MEP sub contractor based around the Sittingbourne, Kent area.

Our client works on various prestigious projects throughout London, there is now a position available out of their HO in Kent for an Aftercare administrator to join their administrative team.

Duties / Responsibilities;

• Liaising with customers to resolve any issues
• Communicating with client to relay feedback
• Diary management of engineers and call outs
• Filling out relevant reports
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous MEP / construction experience desirable
• Strong communications skills
• Confident with the use of MS package and computer literate
