About the Role & Company
CCM are a British Motorcycle manufacturer, based in Bolton. We are one of the most successful and exciting brands in the naked motorcycle market today.
We are seeking a temporary administrator. You will support a busy aftersales team in providing fantastic customer service.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Taking service bookings over the phone
- Updating computer systems with transaction and customer information
- Scanning and uploading documents, mainly completed job cards
- Completing postage information on carrier portals to send out spares to customers
- Data entry
Key requirements
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- GCSE English and Maths
- Computer literate with experience updating information and transactions
- Flexible to help out the team
Key Job Info
- Salary: 22,000.00 per annum
- Working Hours: 8.30am till 5.00pm, Monday-Friday
