Your role
Based at our Bedford Road, Northampton showroom and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this person will be working as part of a 15-strong team, responsible for providing the Maintenance, Repair plus Parts and Accessory support of a busy Aftersales operation which looks after 20+ retail customers per day. The work will involve supporting customers visiting the showroom, enquiring by telephone & online, and require a keen interest in building knowledge of the BMW Motorcycle range of bikes, accessories, and service arrangements.
The successful applicant does not need prior direct experience in a motorcycle or car retail environment, but this would be advantageous. You must have a good eye for detail, a keenness to learn, and a willing and helpful attitude. Training in the products and systems will be provided both in-house and at the industry-leading BMW training academy, with plenty of career progression potential in both the Aftersales and Sales operations of our growing Motorcycle and Car retail operations. A motorcycle licence is not an initial requirement but would be a definite advantage, with the expectation of being able to ride and move the product safely within 12 months.
Your on-target earnings will be £31,300pa.
