Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their aftersales needs.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the garage.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer requirements and ensure accurate service delivery.
- Handle inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle parts inquiries and orders.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive aftersales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £29k
- Monday - Friday
- 20 days holiday + BH
- Family run, friendly team
- Sausage sandwiches on a Friday!
