Responsibilities
Manage phone and internet communication requirements for product warranty.
Validating warranty work (Around 10-50 jobs per week)
Advise customer options where possible.
Liaising with the various mobile aftersales companies to repair and carry out warranty work.
Check UK and industry prices to ensure we have the most cost effective rates.
Collect data to analyse performance opportunities.
Work with Parts department to ensure correct parts are shipped for scheduled repairs.
Validate invoices from aftersales companies once work is complete.
To have input in designing and building the e-commerce web based schedule and ordering system.About you?
Experience in a customer service / coordination environment is essential
Experience with breakdowns and vehicle recovery - advantageous
An interest/understanding in the automotive world such as parts or spares
Ability to prioritise own workload
Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service
Attention to detail
Highly organised
Professional telephone manner
Experience of using SageThe Role
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm (flexible up to an hour either side)
