Job description

The Aftersales Specialist will be an integral part of the Customer Service team in the Technology & Telecoms industry, primarily focusing on maintaining and improving customer relationships.

Description

This is a unique role that offers a wide range of tasks performed in any given day! If you have a strong Customer Service background and are interested in projects, this role is a great first step.

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand and plan out delivery of service agreed.
  • Communicate with 3rd party organisations to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects.
  • Manage requests via portal, email and phone.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other team members to achieve team objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to customers about their accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Profile

A successful Aftersales Project Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience in account management or other relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
