YOUR ROLE

The Agency Producer leads the origination of bespoke content projects (TV's, film, stills, video, music, animation) from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the process and workflow with a particular focus on the origination of moving content through outside production companies.

This particular role will focus on advertising production for a global account, working heavily with cost controllers.

YOUR GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


All Producers in the team will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget
  • Recognise and nurture good creativity
  • Protect & follow the production process
  • Carry out everything you do with great attention to detail
  • Always be organised
  • Have excellent production knowledge, maintaining strong local and international production connections and staying abreast of changes and new talent in the industry
  • Build strong working relationships internally and with production partners and clients, with a pleasant, proactive and firm but fair working manner
  • Be assertive, to keep the client, production partners and internal teams motivated - no matter what unforeseen situation arises
  • Have clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive – keeping two steps ahead of everyone else, never making assumptions and always leading
  • Proactively anticipate potential problems and formulate smart solutions
  • Be flexible to adapt to changing business needs
  • Have resilience to always keep the processes flowing
  • Ensure all financials are kept up to date: estimates, POs, timesheets, invoices, billing
  • Work closely with the team to help each individual succeed
  • A good sense of humour and optimistic outlook.


Your Specific Responsibilities:

  • Scope and plan of all your specific projects
  • Good knowledge of top companies, celebrated work, talent, techniques and technology around TVC production
  • Lead the production process of your content projects managing the quality, time and budget
  • Understand the requirements and feedback from clients, creative and account management
  • Find the best production solution to deliver projects to the highest quality, on time and within budget
  • Maintain a close relationship with production companies and local talent
  • Liaise with Business Affairs for items related to talent, insurance, playouts and billing
  • Manage the costs reconciliation of his/her projects


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid experience in agency producing
  • Good understanding of production techniques including remote production and digital technologies
  • Relationships with production companies and talent at a local level
  • Experience of scoping and planning projects within timescales and budget
  • Experience and a strong understanding of post-production (although we have a separate Post team)


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Agency Production side advertising background
  • Heavy TVC experience
  • Solid skills and proven examples of handling cost controllers
  • Ability to liaise with senior level global clients
