Your new role
My client is currently recruiting Agile Coaches to help drive their Agile transformation journey. If you enjoy working in a fast paced and agile environment and have a keen skill in organisation and time management, then this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities
You will be joining the Change team, who sit within Technology & Transformation at the heart of the business's ambitious and exciting change agenda. My client has a large Change team of c.100 people, consisting of business analysts, project managers, scrum masters and delivery leads.
You will be supporting them on their Agile transformation journey. They have started their Agile journey, and their plans are accelerating. You will provide the coaching and support needed across the organisation, supporting agile teams and the wider hub teams.
Experience needed
You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Agile coach who has worked in a number of organisations coaching and embedding Agile.
You will be very familiar with several Agile frameworks and be able to bring Agile frameworks and techniques to life through real world experiences and examples.
You will be a strong communicator who can operate effectively across organisational levels.

Given the requirements of the role the will successful applicant would need to be based at our Head Office in Skipton 2-3 days per week / as work requires.
