We are actively looking to secure an Agile Scrum Master to join Experis.

Skills
- Facilitate, give the team the data and insights they need to unblock themselves and act as the guide helping them make the best decisions when coming together for planning or problem solving.
- Lead from the front, remove & highlight impediments, and where required ask for help.
- Ensure the backlogs of work are in good shape and work with the team to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on and understood by clients and stakeholders.
- Champion a culture where continuous improvement is in the DNA, driving consistent improvements in outcomes for the teams and their stakeholders
- Help teams to maintain a pragmatic focus on incremental value delivery"
