Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your role will be integral in providing expert legal services to a broad range of clients within the agricultural community. You will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters, including the sale and purchase of Agricultural Property, tenancy agreements, and rural business advice. Your day-to-day tasks will include drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to ensure clients' assets and interests are protected.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 3 years PQE with a focus on commercial property law
- Demonstrable experience in Agricultural Property matters is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the NFU and the unique challenges faced by the farming community
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Adept at working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
