The appointed Agricultural Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of rural commercial property matters, including traditional Agricultural Property work and diversification projects, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• You will be expected to be able to independently run your own caseload, handling high quality work, as well as effectively collaborate on some cases within the wider commercial property team.
• You will receive excellent support and training from the highly experienced Partners and have opportunities for business development and further career growth.
• This role offers an interesting and varied caseload, covering sales and acquisition of agricultural land and buildings, overage provisions, as well as farm-related tenancy issues. You will also have the opportunity to advise on succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, renewable energy projects, and property development/investments.
